MidPen Housing, one of our community partners in, shares the document below "Shores Landing - A Playbook for Supportive Housing Solutions".

This "playbook" focuses on one example of a Homekey project in action: the Shores Landing property in Redwood City.

Through collaboration with the County of San Mateo (County) and local supportive service partners, MidPen transformed a former hotel property into a community that is now home to 95 senior households. This document shares the history of the project, experiences with Homekey, and the lessons learned for rapidly creating more supportive housing at scale.
