Participants in HACSM housing assistance programs can report changes in income to: interims@smchousing.org
Decreases in Income
If your household income has decreased:
- Submit the decrease of income, in writing, to your assigned Housing Programs Specialist, or to interims@smchousing.org, advising of the income that has decreased.
- Provide verification of the income that has decreased, which may include paystubs, notification of termination of employment, revised child support documentation, or a Social Security award letter.
- You will be notified, in writing, if additional information is needed.
- You will be notified, in writing, if there are any changes to your rent portion including the effective date of the change.
Increases in Income
If your household income has increased:
- Submit the increase of income, in writing, to your assigned Housing Programs Specialist, advising of the income that has increased.
- Provide verification of the income that has increased, which may include paystubs, offer of employment letters, revised child support documentation or a Social Security award letter.
- You will be notified, in writing, if additional information is needed.
- You will be notified, in writing, if there are any changes to your rent portion including the effective date of the change.
