Public Works

Carlos Rivas has joined our Airport Operations staff. Originally from southern California, Carlos enjoys heavy weight lifting, skateboarding, snowboarding, and playing guitar in his spare time. He attended Foothill College, where he became an EMT. He then enrolled at San Jose State University, completing a BS degree in Flight Operations. We are lucky and glad to have him on the Airports team.
