Vocational Counseling
Our experienced Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors use interviews, "real work" assessments and vocational testing to focus on clients' abilities and potential, creating a career action plan for every client.
Job Placement and Coaching
Our Job Developers provide a range of services, advancing clients to their career goals. Services may include resume development, interview assistance, job leads, and job retention with the assistance of a job coach. We connect clients with employers, and support our clients on the job with ongoing mentoring and skill-building.
WorkCenter
Our WorkCenter provides hands-on work experience in our 35,000 square-foot production facility. Our workforce learns valuable job skills under close supervision, including product assembly, software packaging, shrink-wrapping, mailing, labeling, pick-up and delivery and fulfillment services.
Catering Connection
VRS clients learn food service skills with on-the-job training in our fully-equipped industrial kitchen. In addition to food preparation, our workers learn skills from dishwashing and inventory control to driving, event set-up and cashiering.
