About the program
The County Talent Accelerator is a pilot program designed to provide development, guidance, and support to non-management County staff looking to advance their careers at the County. By enhancing the core skills needed for growth within our organization, cohort graduates will be equipped to catapult themselves professionally according to their career goals.
Deadline to express interest for the 2024 cohort is July 1st 5:00pm PST.
